Amazing group!! I don't think there is a word good enough to define how amazing! I messaged and they absolutely delivered in no time. Jordan came out first to assist us and was very informative, kind, patient, and all around a great guy. Thank you Jordan . If anyone is in need of air conditioning services call Copeland Home Services. This has been the best service experience I’ve had in 5 years. My Sevice technicians Josh and Jordan were absolutely amazing. They checked out absolutely everything under the house and in the house and diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning ducts. The price to fix my ducts properly is truly a fair price. So glad I saw Copland Home Services ad on facebook. I feel blessed that Josh and Jordan came to my home and did an excellent job. This company is AMAZING!! Starting with Gage and Brandon. They both worked to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They returned all my calls within 10 mins and answered all my question. They went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service being provided. Brandon made sure the numbers were on point so we could move forward. Thank you Brandon. Oscar and Josh were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as well. Their friendly customer service was out of this world. John, Bryant, Chris, Sam, Mario, and Alex did a great job installing my new AC and cleaning the ducts. Replacing our old worm out AC was a big purchase for my family, but with the warranty and service packages from Copeland Home Services made my decision an easier one. I had a consultation and the team was at my house installing a new unit the next day. Quality of work was top notch, the people working kept me updated every step of the way and was hustling to get it done so we could have cooling. Brandon Long was who sold me first though. He shot me straight and answered all my questions and offered services and solutions to help ease my mind. A stand up guy and much appreciated honesty from him. Luis and Chris are friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, and are very good representatives of Copeland. Edited 07/17/2025 The supply plenum separated from the main unit. The lady at the office with whom I spoke is kind and friendly. Within two hours David arrived and reunited the plenum with the main unit. David is also kind and friendly, even after having been in the 120º+ attic for an hour or longer. Thank you, David! You're a true professional, as is the entire team! And my apologies to the tech who came to my home on a routine service call the last time. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Copeland is amazing and really helped us out this week. Santiago and Kane were great, very professional, patient and kind. Our water heater busted flooding our garage, when it was 1st American plumbing they had installed the water heater and I needed assistance getting an old invoice to honor the warranty. The girls answering the phones were so kind and willing to help, they found the old Home Depot email from 2019 that allows us to use the warranty. Santiago came out and gave us a quote for labor costs and worked with us on what day we would be able to complete the job. Kane came out today (a Saturday) and was very professional and got the work done efficiently. We will continue to use Copeland for any plumbing needs and plan to highly recommend them! Hey friends- My air conditioning unit motor broke. These guys from Copeland home service came out repaired same day service. They gave me a first responder discount. They were very professional. The best part is they said that because of the age of my air-conditioning unit they took the liberty and gave me a price for a new unit. They told me there was no rush, they would honor, their first responder discount on the new unit as well. They did something even better. They said they would deduct the price for today’s work off the new unit AC price Once we get the new unit. On top of that, they said we would get a 10% discount on any plumbing or other electrical issues we may have. Shelby and Josh thank you! ~ Sandra W

As a long time homeowner, I highly recommend Copeland Home Services. I have high expectations for any company I choose to service my home. Copeland hit that mark. Brent and Tyler were very patient by answering my many questions. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the my electrical problem. I appreciate the upfront cost assessment and no hidden fees or repair cost. I had to reschedule for another service visit. Brent and Tyler worked as a team to ensure my service was completed the next day. Lastly and very important to me, Copeland came to my house the same day, I contacted them. Had a recommendation to replace my outside AC unit and wanted a second opinion as the first company couldn't really explain why. Jordan came out and spent a good amount of time checking my AC system inside and out. He said I could make a repair to the unit and replace my smart thermostat and had no problem explaining exactly why and even bringing up readings to show me how my system was operating. He immediately went and got the parts but by the time he came back my thermostat was operating normally so he told me to wait on that and see if it malfunctions or if it just glitched. Could have easily just sold me the thermostat as I already agreed to it. That's integrity and ethics that are difficult to come by. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to not get lied to and oversold. Thanks again for amazing service. ~ Kenneth K

My experiences with Copeland AC service was excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Trujillo. He was very professional knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends that need services that they offer. I can't say enough about Jordan Trujillo I fell in love with the professionalism he displayed I would trust him with my life his knowledge was extensive honest and that's something you could appreciate. There is very few companies that offer quality service and the came time reasonable priced I was extremely happy I could afford the price that's a rare element with other hvac companies I have found only see the dollar bill Jordan eased my concerns he's a GOD sent I will be a customer for life ~ Marybelle R

We had a great experience with our technician. He was very helpful, informative and friendly. They have a service plan you can pay 19$ a month for and you get them to come out 2x a year to clean and service your ac to keep it running good.. it also give you discounts on service when you need something done and It also puts you at the front of the line on service ahead of non members. When I called to set up my first cleaning at 10pm a real person answered ! The company and the tech communicated very well and made it easy to set up and keep up with service schedules. They are based locally too which is a plus to me. Thank you josh for your hard work. My dogs even liked him and they don't like everyone. ~ David G

Updated 11/26/2025 I want to start by saying that Jordan T. my tech for HVAC and Xayne my Tech for plumbing , they were absolutely the most professional 24 year olds I have been blessed to encounter in a long time. they could have easily made me feel like I should have known better in the care for my systems but no they were warm and caring at every step of the process. We just got our new home and my husband kept noticing how the second floor was running way hotter than the first so we had a technician come out but were ultimately not happy with the service. So, after some Google searches we came across Copeland, who responded immediately and were able to come see us the next day. The technician, Josh, was amazing, so knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what was causing the airflow issue. It’s a 20-yr old house and the panel was the original one so we knew that some repairs were needed. They gave us a very reasonable deal and were able to take care of everything the very next day. We are extremely pleased with Copeland Heating and Air! We made our first contact on Wednesday afternoon. 2 hours later Josh Murray arrived to assess our two HVAC Systems which were down.. He returned on Thursday morning to finalize our purchase of two new systems. The installation crew arrived Friday morning. WOW! Josh Murray is friendly, professional, honest, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked with us to find the HVAC systems that would be the best fit for quality, reliability and affordability for our needs and price range. The installers were prompt, courteous professional and efficient. A crew of 4 arrived on time at 8 in the morning and left at 3:30 in the afternoon after units were installed, tested and running.👍 ~ Mariea M

Cathy UPDATE: Today 1/26/2024, I had two GREAT guys, from Copeland come out as my furnace was too small for my new AC unit (from another company) Chris & Luis are OUTSTANDING young men who did an amazing job and explained everything to me, I even climbed up in the attic to see what they were doing, they BOTH took the time to explain why I was not getting a warm/cool house, AC is 3 ton, furnace 2 ton but was never told by the other company I needed a bigger furnace to keep up, after my new 3 ton furnace my house is nice and warm. We contacted Copeland to resolve our (horrible) drainage problems. We liked their information and estimate and went forth with using their services I was a bit worried when our project/job started, due to how much digging and work would be involved. Thankfully, they have a great team of workers, and I must mention one specifically by name: Jonah. From the beginning, he's been an absolute professional with everything. He was very informative and detailed. And the work he spearheaded completely exceeded our expectations. Jonah, and the work he's done on installing our French drains, is a big reason (even after someone else he wasn't responsible for set our job back a bit) we're more than satisfied with our new front yard! ~ Daniel G

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, explained everything in simple terms, and had it up and running in no time. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the unit to avoid future problems. In the middle of a hot day, having someone show up with a pleasant attitude and fix the issue quickly made all the difference. I gave five stars for today’s installers. They were great seemed to be knowledgeable and answered every question I had but I do think you guys sent out a guy yesterday just to tell me What’s wrong with it and we can’t fix it until tomorrow that is exactly what I was asking you guys not to do therefore on yesterday’s ranking, I can only give you a 2 star and that’s being nice that’s not a shot at yesterday‘s tech he is only doing what he is instructed to do by management when people have issues with their AC they are expecting a licensed and professional person to come out and resolve their problem ASAP meaning your tech and our service guy should have some supplies on there truck obviously they can’t be driving around with multiple AC condensers in the back of their truck that’s not what I’m saying at all ~ Freddy S

The company and their workers are respectful and professional. I called because I thought I had a a water leak in my air ducts due to the heavy rain 2 days ago. They came the next day and checked on it in my attic and looked through my a/c unit and the air duct. They went up and had a tool to see where the water was coming from and did not find any problems in my A/C unit and I would have to call a roofer because the leak may have been coming through the air vents . I was not charged anything for them coming over. I appreciate their efforts and work to help me out and find the problem. I would highly recommend anyone to call this company for any A/C problems. I once again had to turn to this company to replace my entire system. They did an amazing job through the entire process. John diagnosed, Brandon helped get me a good deal with financing, and Chris worked hard for 2 days installing the system. This entire process was 3 days long and we are back with heat and a new a/c system with 1 year free maintenance. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. It never fails Copeland is just an amazing place to do business with. So it was time for my season maintenance and Josh with his side kick Brandon (looks Asian but isn’t-just so people know it is a different one from my previous posts) came out and did a great job. They even took their time to play with my fur babies and have a conversation with my kids. This company is so family oriented and willing to help when things get crazy. ~ Jennifer D
